Configurable SaaS Platform |
Amitive is designed to support your business as you define it, not to dictate your practices as traditional software vendors have done for too long. Too many vendors have forced their requirements on customers in the form of “best practices” which in reality are practices best suited to the vendors implementing their rigid software. Amitive is different; our best practices will be a combination of our experience in industries meshed with configuration and customization that meet your exact business and industry requirements. To achieve this end, Amitive is a document driven system built from the ground up to enable users of the system.
Amitive provides first time users with a preconfigured set of documents out of the box to manage your supply chain community. These documents, ranging from Sales Orders to Transfer Orders, and Purchase Orders to Shipments, provide the basic elements for a company to immediately begin benefiting from all of Amitive’s full range of features.
Nothing is static in the supply chain and Amitive understands this. We know that in order to be successful you will need to adapt your business to meet the ever changing needs of your customers. Amitive provides the ability for you to reconfigure the application to meet these needs. No longer do you have to try to modify your business process to meet an application’s limitations. Amitive flexes to change and scales with the growth of your business. |

 |
As an example, you might need to add additional fields onto a Sales Order, maybe to track surcharges. No problem, new fields can easily be added, or removed for documents. Your process flow has changed and for instance a purchase order now requires multiple signature levels of authorization are needed on a purchase order . . . no problem, this workflow change can quickly and easily be made to meet your changing business needs and requirements.
When rendering information, legacy systems had one way to present information to users, no matter what role they belonged to within the organization. There was one screen layout in which everybody used. Not with Amitive. We all know that many times your role dictates how and what information should be presented. This role based dashboard layout change is quick and easy to perform. In fact in many situations a user can customize what fields they want to see and hide the others. No you see only what is pertinent for you to accomplish your job; and do it in an efficient and accurate manner.
A Customer Service Representative views all open Sales Orders and all the detailed information related to them in the SO List portlet. However the Sales Materials, in the same SO List portlet, elects only to see Sales Orders that exceed a certain value and are from his key accounts. The General Manager or CFO, and set his SO List to render only those Sales Orders that are not meeting the expected margins; thus allowing them to proactively make changes before shipping the order. |
